Shipping Policy for Australia
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within Australia:

Standard Shipping:
- Cost: $10.00 AUD for orders up to $35.00 AUD
- Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days
- Free for Orders Over $35.00 AUD

Express Shipping:
- Cost: $15.00 AUD for orders up to $65.00 AUD
- Delivery Time: 1 to 4 business days
- Free for Orders Over $65.00 AUD
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to all locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@buttermaker.com.au. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
